The Buyer" and the terms "you", "your" and "yours" mean the person who agrees to buy Goods and Services from moDecor through the Website.
"Goods" and "Services" mean the goods and/or services agreed to be supplied by moDecor to the Buyer under an agreement of sale.

By placing order (s) with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. All other terms and conditions, including those that may be proposed in any order submitted by you, are expressly excluded and shall have no effect.
If you need any clarification on anything within these Terms and Conditions then please contact us at email@example.com prior to placing an order. These terms relate to sales over the Internet only. Separate terms and conditions apply to purchases made directly from our store/warehouse.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. To order goods through this website you must be at least 18 years of age. We will treat each order for goods as an offerpl by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
Pricing and payment
We are very careful to ensure that all our prices are correct. However, if we on a rare occasion we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled, and will give you a full refund. Payment will be taken in full at checkout.
The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier’s prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. As previously stated should the price change or be incorrect the contract is void and must be restarted by you the consumer.
We accept all major credit and debit cards including American Express, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard. When ordering you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorization of your credit card has been properly received. You may also pay by cheque or money transfer although we cannot dispatch the goods until payment has been cleared which can take approx. 6 days. Availability of Goods
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods. The majority of items offered for sale on this website are in stock and available for fast delivery. Items that are not in stock are ordered in and may take up to 10 weeks to deliver, please contact us to check availability.
Our standard furniture delivery charges apply to Ireland addresses only. Additional charges may apply to furniture deliveries to other European countries. When an order contains more than one furniture item, all furniture items will be delivered at the same time as soon as all items are available. An estimated delivery timescale is associated with each furniture product and we will make every effort to deliver your goods within this timescale. However delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen factors out with our control. MoDecor shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales. Please note that all deliveries are kerbside and do not include installation.
Accuracy of Product Information
All product specifications, images and other information published on our website have either been made accessible by suppliers, manufacturers, publications, publicists, or been gathered from public-domain sources. Our intention is that all information on the website should be as accurate and up to date as possible. However, we cannot guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information contained within its pages. All the actions taken by the user of the website are the responsibility of the individual.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).
You may cancel your order at any time by contacting us on email@example.com . If your goods have not been dispatched, other than as detailed below, we will refund the full price of the items and any delivery charge to the same card. If you decide to cancel items (before delivery has taken place) that are bespoke, made-to-measure or have been specially ordered for you, it may be unlikely that we will be able to sell these at the full selling price to another customer. In these instances, we have the right to deduct a cancellation fee from your refund.
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days from date of delivery for full credit or refund less any applicable delivery charges. Goods returned outside this 14 days period will be subject to a restocking fee of 30%. It is your responsibility to return any such items in a pristine saleable condition in their original box and packaging. You will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return. We do not uplift items. Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable, will be returned to you and the cost of return carriage charged to your account. Prior to returning any products, please contact us within 14 days from the date of delivery. If you do not return goods within 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your order, your right to cancel will be revoked. The cancellation must be put into writing and received within the 14 day period.
We will endeavor to avoid any such charges but in some instances this may be unavoidable.
Our promise to you is very simple and straightforward; if you do not love our products we will refund your money."
If, for any reason you are unhappy with you purchases you can return your order within 10 days of delivery. We will provide a full refund for the purchase price of the goods, but not any delivery charges. The cost of returning any items is the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Please note that with the exception of faulty merchandise, for hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept the return of certain items which have been opened (e.g. mattresses and pillows). Please note that a refund will only take place after the goods have been returned, inspected by our returns department and deemed to be in a suitable condition. For furniture items that require a two-man uplift you will be required to pay an uplift charge. This charge may be higher than the original delivery charge as the initial delivery cost is subsidized by moDecor. Please inform us of any return you would like to make as soon as possible by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org . A member of our team will contact you to discuss the quickest and most efficient way for you to return your products. You will be provided with an individual ‘returns code’ so that on receipt of the items we can allocate any refund to you as quickly as possible. Please note that there will be no charge for any return if the delivered goods are faulty or if the items do not match your order correctly. In these instances replacement products will be delivered free of charge as soon as the items are available.
The product(s) supplied are to be used for the purpose and in the manner for which they were designed. Most manufacturers include care and maintenance advice with their products, which should be read and followed. No responsibility will be accepted for damaged caused by cleaning if the care and maintenance instructions have not been followed
Warranty / Guarantee
All of our products are covered by our 1 Year warranty. If the product is received and there is a problem you must inform us within 10 days of receipt. Please check your product upon delivery. If an item is visually damaged upon delivery, it must be signed as 'damaged'. The warranty starts on the day following your receipt of the product. If there is a problem with your product please contact us.
All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the Manufacturers Guarantee for a period of 12 months. Your goods will be replaced should the product develop a manufacturers fault within twelve months of your date of purchase. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, and misuse. The cost of the service call will be charged to the customer if we find no fault with the product. Should your product develop a fault within a first ten days of purchase you many return your goods for a full refund providing you return the unit in the same condition as supplied. This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have.
