Q. Where do you deliver?
A. We deliver anywhere in Ireland.
Q. How much do you charge for delivery?

Q. When will I be contacted to arrange delivery?
A. We’ll contact you within 2-3 working days of placing your order to arrange your delivery date. If we’re waiting for stock we’ll contact you as soon as it arrives.
Q. How long will I have to wait for delivery?
A. Items in stock are usually delivered within 3-5 working days. Please check individual products for availability.
Note: Your order will only be dispatched when every item is available. This means that the expected delivery date will be that of the longest lead-time item.
Q. Can I return an item if I’m not happy?
A. Yes. As long as you let us know within 7 days of receipt and it is unused, in perfect, saleable condition and in its original packaging.
Note: Any item/s that are returned without their original packaging, or not in a perfect or saleable condition, will not be refunded and you will be asked to delivery to our warehouse.
Q. What if I miss my delivery?
A. Your item/s will be returned to the warehouse and a £60 failed delivery fee will be payable before we can re-arrange delivery.
Q. Is it safe to order over the internet?
A. Yes. All sensitive information is encrypted. To ensure maximum security we also direct you to bank secure epayments pages when entering your bank card details.
Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
A. VISA, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, Solo, Maestro and Electron. You can also pay by cheque– email us to reserve the products while we wait for your payment to clear.
Q. Do your products come with any guarantees?
A. Yes all our products come with a 1 year manufacturers guarantee which covers normal wear and tear.
Q: Can I have an order delivered to an address that is different to the one on my credit card?
A: Yes absolutely. Many of our customers regularly use our website to send gifts to friends, family and also use us for corporate gifts. Simply add in a new delivery address option on your account.

Q: How can I place an order?
A: You can place orders over the internet, by fax, by post or phone.
Q: What is the order process?
A: Simply browse our online store and click on "ADD TO CART" to any items you wish to order. These items can be removed later if you wish. When you have finished shopping click on the "CHECKOUT" button, which will take you to the order page. Enter your details and credit card information, then send them to us via our secure server. You will be contacted within 3 working days to confirm the order and be advised of an estimated delivery date. We individually track the progress of your order, and you will be notified of any updates we receive.
Q: When will my furniture be delivered?
A: Normally after receiving payment we ship within 3 – 5 working days and you should get your delivery in next 5 working days after shipment.
Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit and debit cards, and also cheques with orders sent in the post. We also accept in cash on collection.
Q: How safe is it to give my credit card details online?
A: MoDecor use one of the most secure servers and online systems for all credit and debit card payments and we have never had a reported incident involving credit card fraud using this system.
Q: What happens to my personal details?

Q: What happens if I cancel my order?
A: An order may be cancelled at any time between the placement of the order and 3 days following delivery of the goods for a full refund. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing by e-mail. Q: What is your returns policy?
A: We want you to be completely satisfied with any purchase from moDecor, but in the unlikely event that this is not the case, We offer 14 days money back guarantee starts when customer receives and signs for the product. Please note all shipping costs are non-refundable and customer must return the products to our address. Customers have a duty of care for the product until it is collected from them, and should make every effort to ensure no damage is caused to the item.
